A recognition system rating Cities of Gastronomy on their food waste prevention performance, so that progress is visible and comparable. Criteria and the start date are being finalised.

We invite Cities of Gastronomy to join a shared platform for food waste prevention, circular food systems and measurable climate action.
Membership is free. A city expresses interest through the Become a Member form; the ICFG Secretariat in Gaziantep reviews the application and contacts the city; once confirmed, the city receives a member login with access to the full framework, guides and documentation.
